In a thorough QT parallel-group study of 340 healthy men, multiple doses of 10 mg (therapeutic) and 40 mg (supratherapeutic) were administered for 14 days. The upper bound of the 90% confidence interval for the placebo-corrected QTc change (ΔΔQTc) remained consistently below the 10 ms regulatory threshold across all correction formulas (QTcNi,QTcF,QTcB,QTcFm).
