Vismodegib is a Hedgehog pathway inhibitor used in advanced basal cell carcinoma that demonstrates a moderate effect on QTc intervals. In a dedicated clinical QTc trial in healthy volunteers dosed at 150 mg daily to steady state with moxifloxacin positive control, the upper limits of the 90% confidence intervals for baseline-adjusted placebo-corrected QTcF differences were strictly below 20 ms at all time points, reaching a peak of 10 ms at 12 hours postdose, above regulatory threshold.
