Active Ingredient: VENETOCLAX
Venetoclax is a selective BCL-2 inhibitor used in hematological malignancies that demonstrates no clinically significant effect on cardiac repolarization or QTc intervals. In a phase 1 study of 176 patients evaluating doses up to 1200 mg daily, mean QTc changes were strictly below 5 ms and upper 90% confidence bounds remained below 10 ms across all time points. Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling showed no concentration-dependent effect, with estimated QTc changes of only 0.137 ms at the 400 mg therapeutic dose and 0.263 ms at the 1200 mg supratherapeutic dose.
