Active Ingredient: TUCATINIB
Tucatinib is a selective HER2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in metastatic breast and colorectal cancers that demonstrates no clinically significant effect on cardiac repolarization or QTc intervals. In a phase 1 thorough QT crossover study in healthy volunteers dosed to steady state (300 mg b.i.d.) with moxifloxacin positive control, observed ddQTcF ranged from -2.9 to 0 ms with upper 90% confidence bounds strictly below 5 ms at all postdose timepoints.
