(Hérité de TICAGRELOR BIOGARAN 90 mg) In a thorough QT crossover study of 36 healthy males, a single oral supratherapeutic dose of 900 mg (significantly higher than the standard 90 mg x2 therapeutic dose) was evaluated. The mean placebo-corrected QTc change (ΔΔQTc) remained below 5 ms at all time points, and the upper 95% confidence intervals were consistently below the 10 ms regulatory threshold. No relationship was found between plasma concentrations of ticagrelor (or its active metabolite) and the QTc interval.
