Active Ingredient: TEDIZOLID
In a thorough QT crossover study of 48 healthy adults, both a single therapeutic dose (200 mg) and a supratherapeutic dose (1200 mg, resulting in markedly higher systemic exposure) were evaluated. The study demonstrated no clinically significant effect on the QTcF interval for either dose.
