Active Ingredient: SELEXIPAG
In a thorough QT study of 159 healthy subjects, multiple escalating doses (400 to 1,600 μg twice daily for 21 days) were evaluated. The mean placebo-corrected ΔQTcI (ΔΔQTcI) never exceeded 1.4 ms (upper 90% CI: 3.9 ms), well below the 10 ms regulatory threshold. No exposure-response relationship was found between plasma concentrations and the QTc interval.
