Active Ingredient: REMDESIVIR
Remdesivir, evaluated at a single supratherapeutic intravenous dose of 600 mg (three times the approved 200 mg loading dose) in a randomized, placebo- and positive-controlled thorough QT crossover study in healthy participants, demonstrated no clinically relevant effect on cardiac repolarization. Across all post-dose time points, the baseline-adjusted, placebo-corrected Fridericia-corrected QT interval (ddQTcF) remained strictly below the 10 ms regulatory threshold, with concentration-QT modeling confirming the lack of meaningful repolarization delay
