Active Ingredient: REGORAFENIB
Regorafenib, an oral multikinase inhibitor evaluated for cardiovascular safety at 160 mg daily (21 days on, 7 days off) in 53 patients with advanced cancer, demonstrated no clinically meaningful effect on ventricular repolarization. At peak plasma concentration (tmax on Day 21 of Cycle 1 or 2), the mean change from baseline in QTcF was -2 ms (90% CI: -8 to 3 ms).
