Active Ingredient: PERTUZUMAB
Pertuzumab (a HER2-targeted monoclonal antibody used in metastatic breast cancer) isn't known to cause clinically relevant QTc prolongation or ECG abnormalities. In a Phase III substudy of 37 female patients receiving pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel, placebo-corrected Fridericia-corrected QT changes (ddQTcF) were strictly below 5 ms with upper 90% confidence limits below 10 ms. Exposure-response modeling showed no relationship between pertuzumab serum concentrations and QTc intervals.
