(Hérité de IBRANCE 125 mg) Palbociclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor used in ER+/HER2- breast cancer) is associated with a mild increase in the risk of QTc prolongation (RR = 1.51, 95% CI: 1.05-2.15, p = 0.025). In a systematic meta-analysis of 14 randomized controlled trials, the risk of QTc prolongation with palbociclib was quantitatively half that observed with ribociclib (RR = 3.12).
