Active Ingredient: OLAPARIB
In two Phase I open-label studies involving 119 patients with advanced solid tumors, both single doses (100–300 mg) and multiple doses (300 mg twice daily for 5 days) were evaluated. The upper limits of the 90% confidence intervals for the change in QTcF remained consistently below 10 ms, indicating a lack of clinically relevant effect. Interestingly, a slight shortening of the QTcF interval was observed at most time points.
