Active Ingredient: NALOXEGOL
In a thorough QT study of 52 healthy men, both therapeutic (25 mg) and supratherapeutic (150 mg) single doses of Naloxegol were evaluated. The placebo-corrected mean change in QTcF (ΔΔQTcF) remained below 5 ms at all time points for both doses, with the upper 90% confidence interval consistently below the 10 ms regulatory threshold.
