(Hérité de BETMIGA 50 mg) Mirabegron is safe at the therapeutic dose (50 mg) and supratherapeutic dose of 100 mg, showing no clinically significant QT prolongation in either sex. however, a gender-specific risk occurs at the 200 mg dose: while males remain below the 10 ms threshold, females exhibit a significant increase in QTcI (mean 10.42 ms, upper 95% CI 13.44 ms). This difference is driven by a 30-60% higher systemic exposure (Cmax) in women.
