Active Ingredient: LIRAGLUTIDE
In a thorough QT crossover study of 51 healthy participants, multiple doses (0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 mg once daily for 7 days) were evaluated. The upper bound of the 95% confidence interval for the placebo-corrected QTc change (ΔΔQTc) remained consistently below the 10 ms regulatory threshold for all correction methods (QTci,QTcF,QTcB). No concentration-exposure dependency was found, and no clinically significant QTc prolongations (>500 ms or increases >60 ms) were observed.
