In a Phase I exposure-response study (A2107/X2101) involving 88 healthy participants, single supratherapeutic doses of 400 mg, 800 mg, and 1200 mg were evaluated. The estimated placebo-adjusted ΔQTcF at mean peak concentrations remained well below the 10 ms regulatory threshold for all doses (maximum point estimate: 1.61 ms; highest upper 90% CI: 3.22 ms).
