Active Ingredient: IBRUTINIB
In a thorough QT study of healthy subjects, single therapeutic (840 mg) and supratherapeutic (1680 mg) doses were evaluated. The upper bounds of the 90% confidence interval for the placebo-corrected QTc change (ΔΔQTc) remained below the 10 ms regulatory threshold at all time points. Interestingly, concentration-QTc analysis showed a mild, non-clinically significant shortening of the QTc interval and a mild PR prolongation.
