Active Ingredient: ETRAVIRINE
In a thorough QT crossover study of 41 HIV-negative volunteers, two dosing regimens were evaluated: 200 mg twice daily (BID) and 400 mg once daily (QD). For both regimens, the upper limit of the 90% confidence interval for the placebo-corrected QTcF change (ΔΔQTcF) remained consistently below the 10 ms regulatory threshold. Maximum mean differences compared to placebo were negligible (all ≤0.6 ms). No clinically significant changes in other ECG parameters or gender-specific differences were observed.
