Active Ingredient: ESLICARBAZEPINE
In a thorough QT crossover study of 67 healthy volunteers, therapeutic (1200 mg) and supratherapeutic (2400 mg) doses administered for 5 days showed no clinically relevant effect on the QTcI interval (upper 95% CI < 10 ms at all time points). However, a mean increase in the PR interval was observed, although no participant exceeded the normal limit of 200 ms.
