Active Ingredient: ERDAFITINIB
Erdafitinib is an FGFR kinase inhibitor used in oncology that demonstrated, in a trial, no clinically significant effect on cardiac repolarization or QTc intervals. In a clinical trial of 187 patients with solid tumors evaluating doses from 0.5 to 12 mg, erdafitinib showed no effect on heart rate, atrioventricular conduction (PR), depolarization (QRS), or repolarization (QTc). Concentration-QTc modeling demonstrated a flat relationship, and the upper bound of the two-sided 90% confidence interval for QTc change remained strictly below 10 ms at the highest therapeutic dose of 9 mg daily.
