Active Ingredient: DOSTARLIMAB
Dostarlimab is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody used in solid tumors that does not cause clinically significant QTcF prolongation exceeding regulatory thresholds. In the phase 1 GARNET study across 377 patients receiving standard dosing (500 mg Q3W then 1000 mg Q6W), mean QTcF increases remained strictly below 6 ms with upper 90% confidence limits below 10 ms at all post-dose timepoints. Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling showed no significant concentration-dependent delay (slope 0.001589 ms per ug/mL, p = 0.5906), and no torsades de pointes or ventricular arrhythmias were observed.
