Active Ingredient: DORAVIRINE
Doravirine (an HIV-1 NNRTI) does not cause clinically meaningful QTc interval prolongation. In a thorough QT crossover trial of 45 healthy adults, a single supratherapeutic dose of 1200 mg (12x the standard 100 mg therapeutic dose) was evaluated. The upper 90% confidence interval for the mean placebo-corrected QTc change remained ≤5.42 ms across all time points, well below the 10 ms regulatory threshold.
