(Hérité de TIVICAY 25 mg) In a thorough QT study of 42 healthy subjects, a single supratherapeutic dose of 250 mg (resulting in a 2-4 times higher exposure than standard clinical doses) showed a maximum placebo-adjusted mean change in QTcF of only 1.99 ms (90% CI: -0.55 to 4.53 ms). No relationship between dolutegravir plasma concentration and the QTc interval was found.
