Clinical Description (Database Summary)

Inhaled Dihydroergotamine does not affect cardiac repolarization. In a thorough QT crossover study of 54 healthy adults, a supratherapeutic dose of 3.0 mg (3x the clinical dose) showed a maximum mean QTcI difference from placebo of only 0.08 ms (upper 95% CI: 2.24 ms).
