Active Ingredient: DELAFLOXACINE
In a thorough QT study of 52 healthy adults, neither the therapeutic dose (300 mg IV) nor the supratherapeutic dose (900 mg IV, providing nearly 2x the exposure of patients with severe renal impairment) showed a clinically meaningful increase in the QTcF interval. All upper 90% confidence intervals remained well below the 10 ms regulatory threshold.
