Active Ingredient: DALBAVANCINE
Dalbavancin is a long-acting lipoglycopeptide antibacterial agent has shown no clinically relevant effect on cardiac repolarization or QTc intervals. In a thorough QT clinical study of 200 healthy volunteers, single intravenous infusions of 1000 mg and 1500 mg produced maximum placebo-corrected QTcF changes of only 1.5 ms and 0.2 ms, respectively, successfully excluding any prolongation exceeding the regulatory 10 ms threshold at all time points. Dalbavancin showed no significant effects on heart rate, PR interval, or QRS duration.
