Active Ingredient: CIBENZOLINE
Cibenzoline is a class Ia/Ic antiarrhythmic agent that demonstrates a variable effect on the QTc interval across clinical trials. In electrophysiologic studies with intravenous administration, cibenzoline prolonged QTc by an average of 7 percent, alongside a 26 percent increase in QRS duration and a 13 percent prolongation of the PR interval. However, other clinical studies have demonstrated no significant change in QTc duration.
