Active Ingredient: CANNABIDIOL
Synthetic Cannabinoid Receptor Agonists (SCRAs), commonly known as 'Spice' or 'K2', are associated with a significant risk of cardiac repolarization abnormalities and clinically relevant QTc prolongation. Unlike natural cannabis, SCRAs are linked to severe cardiotoxicity, including documented cases of Torsades de Pointes and cardiac arrest. Clinical studies have reported QTc intervals reaching extreme values (534–634 ms). The risk of requiring emergency medical treatment is 30-fold higher with SCRAs compared to natural cannabis. Use is particularly dangerous in patients receiving methadone or psychotropic medications due to potent synergistic proarrhythmic effects.
