Active Ingredient: CABOTEGRAVIR
In a randomized, crossover thorough QT study (NCT02027454) of healthy subjects, a supratherapeutic dose (150 mg every 12 hours for 3 doses) was evaluated, achieving plasma exposure approximately 3-fold above clinically relevant doses. All upper 90% confidence intervals for the placebo-corrected QTcF change (ΔΔQTcF) remained consistently below 10 ms. No concentration-QT relationship was found, and no absolute QTcF values exceeded 450 ms.
