Active Ingredient: BENDAMUSTINE
(Hérité de BENDAMUSTINE MEDAC 2) Bendamustine (an alkylating antineoplastic agent used in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma) isn't known to produce a clinically relevant increase in QTc interval. In an open-label Phase 3 study of 54 patients receiving bendamustine (90mg/m²) plus rituximab, the mean Fridericia-corrected QT (delta QTcF) change from baseline at the end of infusion (coinciding with C_max) was 6.7 ms. No mean changes exceeded 20 ms up to 1 hour post-infusion, and no patients met outlier criteria (QTcF > 500ms or delta QTcF > 60ms). Delayed effects beyond 1 hour post-infusion were not evaluated.
