In a thorough QT study of 60 healthy adults, a single supratherapeutic dose of 300 mg (significantly higher than standard clinical doses) was evaluated. The mean placebo-corrected change in QTcF (ΔΔQTcF) and its upper 90% confidence interval remained well below the 10 ms regulatory threshold at all time points.
