(Hérité de ALMOTRIPTAN ARROW 12) Almotriptan (a 5-HT1B/1D agonist for acute migraine) showed no significant effect on PR, QRS, QTc interval, or QT dispersion compared to placebo at therapeutic (12.5 mg) and supratherapeutic (25 mg and 50 mg) doses in healthy volunteers. While other triptans such as sumatriptan, naratriptan, and zolmitriptan have been associated with QTc prolongation, almotriptan demonstrated a neutral electrophysiological repolarization profile.
